Ok, I've renamed the debian package to antpm. You may find it with git
under [1] or on the web [2]. It only contains the master, pristine-tar and
upstream branches. It builds the transitional "garmin-ant-downloader"
package too, as described in the page you sent.

How to build the debian repository:
# git clone git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-running/antpm.gitantpm-debian.git
# cd antpm-debian.git
# git checkout -b pristine-tar origin/pristine-tar
# git checkout master
# git-buildpackage -us -uc

Just to summarize all information in one email, the upstream repositories
are here [3] and mirrored at [4], continuous integration at [5].

1: git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-running/antpm.git
2: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-running/antpm.git;a=summary
3: https://code.google.com/p/antpm/
4: https://github.com/ralovich/antpm
5: https://travis-ci.org/ralovich/antpm

Please review! Especially with extra care about the debian packaging
(control, changelog, etc.) specific bits!

Thanks,
Kristof
