You mean as in the following ?

Package: cyclograph-qt4
Architecture: all
Depends: ${misc:Depends},
         cyclograph,

I think the way to do that would be cyclograph (=${binary:Version}). On the
other hand this shouldn't be done needlessly. Do you have a reason to 
assume that using cyclograph with cyclograph-* of different versions would
break, for instance because interfaces usually change between versions ? 
If this isn't the case then only the fact that combinations of different
versions haven't been tested is probably not reason enough to narrow
the dependencies.
