[pkg-s48-maint] Our darcs directories

Hi,

Our common darcs directories were in your home on costa; you haven't
moved them to a reasonable place on wagner (the new unified alioth
host) yet, and the filesystem ACLs were _not_ transferred with the
files (only classical UNIX owner/group/others permissions). This means
I cannot commit to them.

Please move/copy the directories to a reasonable path and fix the
ACL-permissions of the repositories to make them hereditarily
pkg-scheme48 writable.

As to the path, I suggest something like
/org/alioth.debian.org/chroot/home/groups/pkg-scheme48/htdocs/darcs/ ;
there seem to be an outdated scheme48 darcs directory there, actually.

Oh, and the copy from your home in costa seems outdated for the
scheme48 package anyway.

(I noticed all this because I wanted to commit the fix to bug
 #401855. Now I cannot do that.)

Let's get back to a clean situation.
