pkg-scicomp uses svn-buildpackage in order to

Note that suitesparse is already in pkg-scicomp and ready for upload. 
everything is packaged. However we might want to add a 
suitesparse-nonfree/contrib for a version of certains libs (like cholmod) 
compiled with metis support.
