[Pkg-scicomp-devel] use separate list for discussions

| the pkg-scicomp-devel list has a low signal to noise ratio - I am
| loosing track of important messages, as 90% of all messages are just
| commits, upload changes, bug reports, other mess.

| Because bugreports, upload changes, testing migration goes to
| pkg-scicomp-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org, I suggest to simply start
| another list and do all discussion in there and update
| our webpage:

| http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianScientificComputingTeam

| with this.

| The other option is to move everything, including the maintainer email
| address to another list just for commits - but I don't think that is a
| good idea. Let's simply start another list "pkg-scicomp"
| for general discussion and use pkg-scicomp-devel for commits. Any
| objections?

| If not - could you Christophe please start such a list?

your wish has been granted. I said a few weeks that I would do this but I 
forgot to do it. Now it is done.

all commits go on -commits, and -devel is kept for discussions!
