Yep, I just committed all of them.
They are available in the pkg-scicomp repository. If you want, you can
applied to the team to have the write permissions on the svn.

Yes and no.
With a standard application, yes.
Here, no because we are dealing with a massive change of an important
library with ABI changes. We will have to handle a transition for
packages which are using this library.
Moreover, I will have to first upload it into experimental to let the
other DD/DM test with their packages.
This command shows packages which will be impacted by this change:
apt-rdepends -r libatlas3gf-base
