I did most of the easy work. I didn't want to just moved a package from
pkg-scicomp => Debian science
I took the time to clean up, upgrade and fix bugs... Now, most of the
packages remaining in pkg-scicomp are not trivial (besides
the obvious changes in the maintainer + uploaders fields).
