I think the time was working for us.  I was able to closely remove all
the packages which are actively maintained in Debian since they now
moved to Debian Science and were really outdated in pkg-scicomp.  The
only remaining package is cpushare.  All other seem to have never
released at all.  I might consider pushing some bytes to Debian Science
as "prospective packages" to make sure the work of the people was not
wasted.
