I am a bit uneasy to sponsor you for DD... you have been very active
(and reactive) and very pleasant to work with but when I try to remember
what you contributed to the various packages I can only think of easy
tasks like switching to a new upstream version, fixing minor things
spotted by lintian and bumping to debhelper 10.

I was also uneasy by your multiple requests to become co-maintainer
with minor contributions like those above. On the pkg-security team,
it's not a problem as we don't have strong package ownership but it
also over-emphasizes your contribution/interest in each of those
packages.

In the end, I would like to see you work more on real bugs like those
that are threatening our packages with autoremovals than on minor fixes.

Maybe I just missed your bigger contributons in the flow of your
smaller ones and I could be convinced to sponsor you just by showing
me what I have missed/forgotten.

Providing security updates is hard work and requires quite some skills.
You should probably start contributing to the LTS team now if you want
to join the set of paid contributors. Paid contributors are also available
to review and sponsor updates that you would prepare.

If you prove that you are able to do that, it's also a good sign that
you deserve to be DD. :-)

Cheers,
