nmap: FTBFS on kfreebsd-any

Hi Hilko,

I've looked at the build failures on kfreebsd-any which are present in
the new 7.60+dfsg1-1 version [1] we just uploaded.

If I'm not mistaken, the problem is a define added to a file which is
supposed to be automatically generated by the autotools (and thus
overwritten by enabling dh-autoreconf which we have done with the last
update).

I've added an upstream pull request [2] to hopefully (*) fix the issue.
I've also pushed the proposed fix to our git repository.  Since there
are no kfreebsd-any release architectures I don't know if this deserves
an immediate upload.
