The online command is accessible from the silc plugin as well, using
irssi HELP command, e.g.:

  /HELP silc/getkey

This is already documented in
/usr/share/doc/irssi-plugin-silc/README.Debian.

I don't see how we could do better.  Do you have any suggestion?
(otherwise, I will just close this bug report)
