Having the same name for a protocol and for one particular implementation
(be it the first one) has historically been done several times (talk, irc,
jabber), but imho it should be avoided, because it can be confusing,
especially when other implementations start to show up.

I would suggest "silcc", as the counterpart of "silcd", or maybe
"irssilc", since this implementation is based on irssi.
