I think 'irssilc' would be confusing because there are two different situations
with irssi:

1. the silc client which is based on the irssi code
2. the irssi silc plugin

It seems to me that the plugin should be named 'irssi-plugin-silc' to coincide
with the already existing 'irssi-plugin-icq' and the silc client should just
avoid the irssi name altogether.

I think I also find the latter to be the better option myself.
