I had already prepared a package for silc-client-1.1.1~pre, so it should
not be much work for me to do the upgrade.

I'll take care of the upload, though silc-toolkit, silc-client and
kopete-silc-plugin are still stuck in NEW (and Ganneff is on VAC, so
expect some delays).
