[Pkg-silc-devel] introduction

Hi,

I am a part time developper (i do mostly sysadmin and *gasp!*
accounting/administrative work these days) that wrote up a little howto
to get silc+irssi working in debian:

I'm into security stuff and wikis, paradoxally. :)

I'd be interested in testing debian packages and helping with debian
voodoo, although some people probably know better than me here.
