[Pkg-silc-devel] added `Silc Improved' and `SilcBOT'

Hi folks,

well, maybe I should concentrate on adding kopete-silc-plugin to this
project first, but:

 - what about adding `Silc Improved' project?

   Silc Improved is a minimalistic silc client, which doesn't have a
   user interface based on graphics (ncurses, Gtk, whatever), but is
   absolutely console based.  This is, it reads its input through named
   pipes and outputs to common files.

   This is somewhat a sister project of `Irc Improved' (ii for short)

 - even further, what about adding `SilcBOT'?

   SilcBOT is some kind of module extensible, simple bot framework for
   the SILC chat protocol.  Besides some fun modules there are modules
   suitable for greeting, logging, opifying and fortune posting
   available.

   At the moment there is no official webpage available, but I once
