[Pkg-sql-ledger-discussion] First version of 2.6.4 ready to test

Hello everybody,

I updated the "trunk" to work with SQL Ledger 2.6.4.
Grab the orig.tar.gz here if you don't want to recreate it yourself:

I only made minimal change for now.

Some remarks/questions :
- I replaced debian/TODO with some useful content
- I removed rsync from the build-depends, why was it there ?
  (found no mention of it in changelog or in source package)
- I tweaked the Makefile to include automatically any new modules

Please comment/test. 

I think the postinst code needs to be reworked a bit, I noticed that it
gives strange error messages if you don't have the
/etc/apache/conf.d/sql-ledger.conf ... I commited a quick fix for that as
well.

I fixed the hook script to send SVN commit to the PTS and to the commit
mailing list... and configured the mailing list to accept the commits
automatically.

Enough for today. If we don't find major problems with it, I suggest that
we upload it to unstable in a few days. Let's keep the bigger change for
-2 or even later... first it's important to have an newer version
available to users.
