Hi,

I don't undertstand why we're trying to list the copyright of the various
translation inside debian/copyright. All free software with numerous
contributors have dozens of translation copyright holders, yet I've never
seen a copyright file list them all. 

We usually just point to the relevant AUTHORS files. Furthermore, we
usually only lists code authors.

Can we simplify the copyright file listing explicitely Dieter and just
pointing to the various locale file for the copyright attached to
translations ?
