   I've uploaded a new version of the package, v1.3.9-2, to the Mentors
site [1].  I've made significant progress, I think.

   There are still the two Lintian Warnings regarding the embedded
Javascript library plus the (three) Info results regarding the empty
directories being installed;  I've included overrides for them, plus
comments.

   If you have time, I'd appreciate it if you could take a look at this
new version and let me know what you think.

   Note also that upstream has released rc2 for v1.3.10 and I'm going to
start taking a look at that.  Hopefully, I'll be able to add
functionality for the database setup with the v1.3.10 packaging.
