Do you plan to provide libneon24 from some other source package, then?

Currently in unstable (according to apt-cache), there is no libneon24
at all; the neon source package only provides libneon25. The same will
be true for testing. We can't have two versions of the neon source
package in testing at the same time; thus, neon plus the 7 or so
packages that use it have to move to testing at the same time. This is
known as a library transition and sometimes it takes awhile for every
package to be ready at once.
