 You are right, I was wrong. Other packages depend on neon have to
change their build-dep to libneon25-dev or they become uninstallable and
unbuildable.

Packages are signed with my DD key.
SVN installs fine, the CLI seems working, but needs testing.
[Don't just upgrade, as PHP 5.1.2 also available from there,
 some may not want to upgrade that as well.]
