Bug#397948: conflict: /usr/bin/svn-clean also in kdesdk-scripts

This is #397874, reported twice already.  However, since it was
reassigned to another package, I don't blame you for not finding it.
We concluded that kdesdk will stop shipping their script since both
scripts do pretty much the same thing.  Meanwhile, I've added a
conflict with the versions of kdesdk-scripts that do ship it.

I'll leave this one open for a couple days so people will notice it
here.  We dealt with the issue in 1.4.2dfsg1-2, which will hit sid as
soon as the divers buildds build it.
