please change Build-Depends: libsvn0-dev to libsvn-dev

subversion 1.4.0-1 is now in incoming, going into unstable.  I used the
major version bump as an excuse to rename libsvn0-dev to libsvn-dev,
since the underlying library will become libsvn1 as soon as apache 2.2
gets into unstable.

Please change your Build-Depends lines from 'libsvn0-dev' to
'libsvn-dev' (I would suggest "libsvn-dev | libsvn0-dev", but none of
your packages will build unchanged in sarge, so this seems pointless).

No code changes should be required; subversion upstream is committed to
API and ABI compatibility for the entire 1.x lifecycle.
