please s/libsvn-core-perl/libsvn-perl/ in debian/control

subversion 1.4.0-1 is in incoming, going into unstable.  I renamed
several binary packages in 1.4.0 including "libsvn-core-perl" to
"libsvn-perl", since it provides several modules in the SVN::
namespace, not just SVN::Core.

Please update your Depends and Build-Depends lines to use 'libsvn-perl'
in place of 'libsvn-core-perl'.  Of course, you can specify both using
the usual | notation if you want to support Sarge backports.

I believe no code changes are needed - the SVN::* modules in 1.4.0 are
backward-compatible.  If you run into compatibility problems, let me
know.
