Bug#370461: synfig is not suitable for testing (yet)

As agreed among the synfig maintainers, this program is not yet fit to
enter the testing distribution. It has not yet reached the level of
maturity that is expected of software packaged in a stable Debian
release.

We encourage testers to install the package from the unstable distribution
and try it, submitting any bugs you can find via the Debian BTS and/or
the upstream bug tracker at
