[pkg-synfig-devel] synfig: FTBFS due to our name change preparations

Bzrrt,

synfig has gone through NEW, but we overlooked the fact that the buildds
are very picky about build-deps. They don't try alternatives the way
pbuilder does. Thus they currently FTBFS because they can't find
libetl-dev.

However, I'm no longer certain that bug #354069 is correct and that the
etl name change should be made. Therefore, I won't do anything about
this yet.
