[pkg-synfig-devel] synfig: FTBFS due to our name change preparations

That is really annoying, does policy not allow alternatives in
build-depends? I think that while waiting for an answer on 354069, we
should upload a synfig that doesn't FTBFS. Probably just using etl-dev
only for now is fine. We can easily switch it later.
