This setup is probably the best we can do. I'm only unsure about the
names for the directories. Why not /usr/share/doc/tetex-doc and
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc? We would get the additional copyright and
changelog files available to texdoc, which is mostly useless; but it
doesn't hurt, either, does it? And it's one thing less to change for
texlive.
