[Pkg-texlive-maint] documentation not found

Hi,

I had searched for the hypperref manual with texdoc, but nothing was
found:
% texdoc -v -s hyperref
%

But it is installed:
% dpkg -L texlive-latex-base |grep hyperref/manual.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-base/latex/hyperref/manual.pdf.gz
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/latex/hyperref/manual.pdf.gz

It seems texdoc searches not all places:
% sh -x $(which texdoc) -s hyper 2>&1 |grep find
                as egrep patterns to filter the find output.
+ find /home/joerg/.texmf/doc /usr/share/texmf/doc \
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/doc -type f -print

Should I file a bug report or is it a missconfiguration of mine?
