Right, but I can add other project admins any time.  What I can't do
is delete myself.

That would be nice.  The future chief maintainer can look for
co-maintainers.

The alternative to stating a deadline in advance is to impose an
arbitrary deadline later whenever I happen to run out of patience
waiting for the "volunteer" to do what he said he would do.
