[Pkg-uml-pkgs] Bug#570617: Filtering -Wl, -Bsymbolic-functions out of LDFLAGS

dpkg-dev in Debian doesn't set *FLAGS itself anymore. Is this also true 
in Ubuntu? Is yes, I suppose this bug could be closed.
