Ha, I found the location of the bug. It is a bug!

But I do not know how to fix it as I do not know enought of the vim
language.

The Bug is in /usr/share/vim/vim63/syntax/perl.vim line 395.

Commenting out the complete line fix the bug (but put a new there that
packages cannot be folded anymore.
