Package: vim
Version: 6.1.152-1
Severity: normal

See subject. According to the documentation (starting.txt.gz) vim should
look in plugin subdirectory. usr_05.txt.gz also mentions ftplugins
subdirectory, though vim just ignores files in this subdirs and only
uses *.vim files in the runtime paths.

Gruss/Regards,
Eduard.
