[vim-tiny] completed (?)

I finished the items on my todo list for vim-tiny and I'm ready to merge
the changes from the vim-tiny branch to the head one. The sources are on
svn in branches/vim-tiny/, the binary debs for i386 are available here:

  deb http://people.debian.org/~zack/ unstable vim

Before merging I would be happy to:
- hear some feedback from you, in particolar about upgrades. I tried
  some upgrade path from the last version in unstable and they went
  fine, what I did not tried are upgrades from the version in testing or
  stable. Is someone able to test them?
- hear a comment from Nobse, I did not hear his opinion on vim-tiny and
  I'm a bit worried of merging such a large change without the consensus
  of our leader :-)
