I completely ignore that issue so if it was broken in the last upload it
is for sure broken now. We need to decide how to handle them. I propose
to install all the documentation (including vim-doc stuff) in
/usr/share/doc/vim-common and have all variants symlink it (is it
allowed by policy?). I don't know how used to be in the past ...

What about vim-runtime?

More generally: what about the vim-tiny "philosophy". I mean, Do you
agree in merging the changes and then continue working on the details in
the main branch?
