I can't reproduce it here, files like that one works properly here. I
failed to find other naming schemes that reproduce the bug either. Which
version of netrw are you using? Try this command to discover it:

  grep Version: /usr/share/vim/vim70/autoload/netrw.vim

I got:

  " Version:      98

Are you able to reproduce the bug even invoking

  vim file:///home/matijs/test.txt"?

I'm not either.
