I'm moving the patch from patches/virc.c.diff to
debian/tiny/vimrc.tiny.diff and only applying it when we build vim-tiny.
Should I also move /etc/vim/vimrc.tiny to the vim-tiny package?  I'm not
sure if there's an easy way to move conffiles between packages.  If we
were to keep it in vim-common, we could use the code snippets from
dpkg.org[0] to perform a rename while still maintaining any changes the
users may have made.
