Vim mouse support broken

Since upgrading vim a few days ago, I noticed an issue with mouse
support. Upon returning from any command that invokes the shell (e.g.,
:sh, :![command], :suspend, or ^Z), mouse support is disabled. The only
way I've found to re-enable it is by exiting vim and starting a fresh
instance of vim. I've attached a vim-generated bug report file.

If it makes a difference, I'm using LXTerminal 0.1.11. I have not
upgraded LXTerminal since installing it a month ago. Before upgrading
vim, there was no issue with the mouse when running vim in LXTerminal.
>From the same LXTerminal window I can access an older version of vim
(ver 7.0.237) via ssh. No problem with the mouse there.

Please let me know if I you need additional information to track down
the issue. Thanks.
