Vim mouse support broken

Bug reports should generally be filed according to the directions at
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting.  This mailing list is more for
discussion about the maintenance of the packages themselves.

This has been reported as #647055.  I've sent a patch upstream already
and will probably make a new upload with my patch applied in the next
few days.
