Thanks for the informations,

Can you please look into /etc/udev/rules.d/ if there is a file which 
belongs to virtualbox-ose ?

dpkg -L virtualbox-ose | grep udev 

and if it exists there, can you please cat it and give me the content? This 
is quite strange since It works on my system (and on some other systems 
without any problems here).
