I have that file (I din't do the tests you told me cause I had no time
yet, and now somebody else has the same problem).

the files contains(with the package name virtualbox, no -ose, version
1.4.0-):

KERNEL=="vboxdrv", NAME="vboxdrv", OWNER="root", GROUP="vboxusers",
MODE="0660"

Seems to look quite well...

(will check everything with the new 1.5.0 OSE sources these days...
maybe that also solves my problem with being unable to run X in VM's)
