Thanks for the quick response! :)
I've been reading the threads, but I'm not the best at digging deep into
kernel code, or code that's close to the machine. I'd like to help with this
in anyway that I might be useful.

I've already tried booting the kernel using PXE, and it gave another oops. I
powered the VM down, and restarted it, and it ran just fine, so it's
definitely not happening each and every time, but somewhat randomly.

It took a little while, but I just did a git clone of the kernel, in case
anybody wants me to help test patches. I haven't had to compile a kernel
since 2.6.8 or so, and I haven't yet gotten familiar with git. The last time
I had to work with the tree, it was in bitkeeper, and I was messing with a
zaurus. So it's been a while, but I'm not totally inept.

Anyway, this has me at a bit of a standstill, since the 2.6.25 kernel has
already been removed from the lenny mirror, and I'd have to change the
linux-2.6 package on my local mirror to get it to point back at the older
kernel. I'd rather help y'all move forward, instead of spending the time
telling the debian packages to look at an older kernel.

Let me know what y'all want me to do. :)
