The probability of this triggering depends a bit on the kernel config 
(preemption enabled raises the probability massively and there are configs 
where it triggers rarely), but happens with all kernels post kernel commit
e587cadd8f47e202a30712e2906a65a0606d5865 x86: enhance DEBUG_RODATA support - alternatives
and affects all distributions with kernel >= 2.6.26-rc1.

While the bug itself is pretty much confirmed, it's not totally obvious yet
if the actual bug is located in the kernel or in virtualbox(-ose).
