I was waiting for your CC to make it to the mailing list before responding.  
I'm ready to help test things out.  I'm not much on actually digging into 
kernel code, or virtualbox code, for that matter.  I have git cloned the 
kernel, and already have a working  copy of the virtualbox svn repository.  
I'm not really familiar with git, yet.

Let me know what I can do to help out.  This problem has be at a bit of a 
standstill, so I'm not able to progress anyway, at least not without 
reverting to an older kernel, and redoing a couple of packages to tell the 
depends to revert to the older kernel also.  I'd rather not do that if y'all 
are already aware of the problem, and I'd like to help if possible.
