Package: virtualbox-ose-qt
Version: 2.2.0-dfsg-3
Severity: important
Hello,
The QT frontend doesn't show correct graphics for me (I'm using a Radeon
X800GTO with the free radeon driver, fvwm, no fancy compiz or stuff). Running
the VM shows what looks like random crap from graphics ram, with some parts
somewhat resembling what should be shown on screen. Pausing the VM shows
something like a scanlined greyscale version of the correct screen (which I
guess is used for pause mode, but since I just started playing around with
Virtualbox I don't know if that's what should actually be shown), continuing
then keeps that, and updates only some parts of the screen (like before not
really correct). Running the same VM in vboxgtk works without problems.
Best regards,
Christian Ohm
