Host: Squeeze-amd64 with VBox 4.1.14
Guest: Wheezy-amd64, no matter which gust-additions I use, Debian or Oracle.

Since X-server upgrade to 1.12, 3D-acceleration is broken. Log in to
Gnome-shell activates Gnome-fallback mode.
~/.xsession-errors contains:

/etc/gdm3/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
localuser:ingo being added to access control list
gnome-session-is-accelerated: No hardware 3D support.
gnome-session-check-accelerated: Helper exited with code 256
