Activating python hosting ? how ?

Keeping in mind that python might not be available on some archs (like
we do for mono and java), I don't see why we shouldn't build it. It
should probably be a -hosting-python of course.

If you think you have working patches, send them over or if you're
confident, just push them to alioth (I think you can).
