I was able to move all packages depending on ia32-libs to a :i386 version, and 
then to succesfully install libgl1-nvidia-glx

After that, Wine succesfully run the games, so this is resolved.

Anyway I humbly think this has been unnecesarily painful. Transition from Wine 
amd64 to Wine:i386 on amd64 for nVidia users seems not to be a clear path.
