Hi Christoffer,
may I divert your request to the pkg-x2go-devel list at Alioth? Done in Cc:...

Jonas Smedegaard (as ITP holder and member of the pkg-x2go dev), me,
Reinhard and possibly others will be working towards official packages
for Debian within the next months (@Jonas: yes we are getting closer
to an official upstream Git...). I suppose, that there will also be
packages for Debian ARM then. Jonas?
I do not know, if there will be some hurdles in the x2goclient code to
make it run on ARM processors, though. Maybe Alex can comment on that.
Basically, your impulse to upstream (i.e. Alex) should be taken into
consideration, so that from x2go upstream it will not be a problem to
compile x2goclient on ARM. I am not sure about the status though...
(this however, should be discussed on the upstream mailing list
x2go-dev at lists.berlios.de :-) ).
Greetings,
Mike
