My last status from Jonas (Jabber chat on Jonas' public talks  
chat-room) is that he will not review debhelper built packages and  
that he sort of has stepped back from packaging X2Go. That was a  
couple of months ago (September 2011 maybe?), at the time when I  
became the ITP holder of the X2Go ITP in Debian (see my QA page for  
wnpp bug number etc.).
